sledge-hammering the earth, creating cracks,
and guitars wailing like the damned of Nod .

Highway to Hell 's the clarion that calls
at dawn my neighborhood to rise and curse,

rocks all to sleep , (and that could be much worse).

I should not mix good grapes with decent grain,
but sometimes I`ll end dressed up to the nines
in concert halls, where human voices strain
to sing some songs from an eyetalian Heinz.

The early shower-singing bugs my wife,
my nessun dorma wakes domestic strife.

this is a bit autobiographic. I liked Heavy Metal in my younger years (Iron Maiden, AC DC, Savatage...) and still do , but later on I developed a taste for opera too, especially the "Eyetalian Heinzes" like Verdi et al. And sometimes I like to sing / whistle while showering, which amuses my wife.
